Transparency in our activities and actions is a fundamental part of Gebro Pharma’s corporate culture. Through transparency we generate credibility and reinforce trust with all our stakeholders. In the same way, our ethical and compliance culture permeate the development of our activity and our daily work.
We are committed to full compliance with the legal and deontological regulations governing the promotional activity of medicines and the interrelations with health professionals and health organizations. In the same way, we comply with the Spanish Code of Good Practices for the Pharmaceutical Industry, which in its article 18 urges us to annually publish the payments or transfers of value made to health professionals and health organizations.
Our ethics are set out in our own Code, which is as well part of the ethical framework of all the companies that make up the Gebro Holding.
Compliance
At Gebro we rely on a Compliance System that guarantees that all our actions are framed in strict compliance with the law and the Code of Good Practices of Farmaindustria.
This requirement is transferred to every subject with whom we interact: partners, collaborators, suppliers, scientific, academic and patient societies, and, of course, to our entire human team. It also covers all areas of our company: scientific, medical, financial, labor, institutional, communicative, environmental, etc.

Ethics
Our purpose, “Health and Life”, implies a high sense of personal and business ethics. At Gebro Pharma we not only do the right thing but also seek to do good and be morally fair.
We have our own Code of Ethics and Conduct that applies to everyone in the organization. It includes the principles of action and ethical behavior through which we govern both internal and external relations. These principles guide our decisions and our internal policies.
